Where do you ship to?

Currently, we provide shipping services within India, and we plan to expand our shipping to worldwide destinations soon. If you require products from outside India immediately, please reach out to us, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Delivery times may differ depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Generally, orders within India are delivered in about 5 days

The shipping charges are determined by your total order value. Orders above ₹ 999 qualify for free shipping, while orders below ₹ 999 incur a shipping fee of ₹ 40. You can review the shipping costs during the checkout phase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and net banking.

Yes, we use secure encryption to protect your payment details

At the moment, we do not offer COD as a payment option

Can I return personalized products?

We only accept returns for personalized products if they are defective or damaged

If you receive a defective product, contact our customer support within 7 days of receipt for a refund process

You can cancel non-personalized orders before they are shipped. Personalized orders cannot be canceled once placed
