Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

b. Personalized Products: Orders for personalized products cannot be canceled once they have been placed. As these products are tailored to your specific requirements, we begin the customization process shortly after receiving the order.

a. Defective Products: We take utmost care to ensure the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, you are eligible for a refund.
